First of all, water is the cause of the clogging. The cause of containing water is usually condensation at low temperature. In order to prevent such a situation, the following aspects should be paid attention to.

Start up below the dew point: restart the filter bag when there is condensed water on the bag surface after the dust collector stops; in this case, a large amount of dusty air and high humidity will lead to mud on the bag surface; To prevent this, the inlet of the dust catcher should be preheated, or precoated dust layer.
(3) Boot below dew point;
If the dust collector operates below the dew point, it is easy to cause problems. If the intake air is not evenly distributed, it is easy to cause the corrosion of the dust collector shell. Therefore, the dust collector should be avoided to work below the dew point.
Air infiltration often occurs in the flange of the dust catcher, access door or the mobile device of the dust catcher. If the sealing is not strict, external air will enter the dust catcher. When dealing with high temperature waste gas, low temperature zone will be generated inside the dust catcher, which will lead to low temperature dejection and corrosion of the dust catcher.
