Effect of flue gas on dust removal bag


(1) High temperature of flue gas. Bag-type dust remover is mainly used in industrial boilers, fluidized bed boilers, kilns and coal-fired power station boilers. The temperature of this kind of flue gas is usually relatively high, and the temperature when the gas passes into the dust collector is usually around 100℃ ~ 300℃. Therefore, the general function of chemical fiber under this temperature will be affected, so the filter material of bag filter is necessary to choose high-temperature fiber data.


(2) Acid gas corrosion. When high-sulfur coal is incinerated and there may be undesulfurized flue gas, the concentration of sulfur oxide and nitrogen oxide will be very high. Besides the dust bag of FT filter material, other synthetic fiber materials will be corroded and damaged. Thus, the life of dust bag will be shortened.


(3) The oxidation effect of flue gas. The flue gas has certain oxidation effect on the dust bag, because the oxygen in the air accounts for 21%, plus the temperature of the flue gas is very high, so the dust bag will suffer a lot in the operation, if you want to avoid this situation, you should choose some dust bag with anti-oxidation filter material, such as P84 polyimide material dust bag.


(4) Moisture in smoke. In the high-temperature operation, when the moisture content of dust in the flue gas is over 25%, dust will be easy to stick bags, blocking bags scene, if the anti-hydrolysis function of data is not high, hydrolysis effect will also make filter material damage.
