The total strength of the inner skeleton is very important. First of all, the pressure difference borne by the filter cylinder should be supported by the skeleton, so the smaller the diameter, the higher the strength.
The filter cylinder needs to have sufficient margin of pressure difference limit. When calculating the product needed for filtration during operation, the area should be doubled. This is due to the fact that dust pollutants are unpredictable in practice.
Generally speaking, there are two kinds of filter materials in the filter cylinder, one is the synthetic fiber filter material, the other is the paper filter material. During the operation, the synthetic fiber nonwoven filter material can be divided into continuous fiber spunbonded polyester hot pressing and short fiber spunbonded polyester hot pressing according to its process.
