Industrial filter bag cloth types
The filter bag cloth is generally made of monofilaments and mixed silk threads mixed with satin. The advantages of this weaving method lie in that the surface is smooth, the back is rough and the front and back holes are different in size. The surface face is large, the back face is small, so it is easy to intercept the solid, easy to drain, the surface is smooth so that the solid removal on the surface is more efficient. The polyester silk thread of many filter cloth manufacturers contains polypropylene, not 100% polyester material. The filter bag cloth is affected by the temperature and PH value of gypsum slurry in the absorption tower, and the filter cloth is prone to deformation and tear. In the process of lapping, installation and use of filter bag cloth, some artificial factors directly or indirectly affect the service life of filter cloth.
Polypropylene in filter bag: good acid and alkali resistance, (ph value 1---13) the use temperature is less than 90 degrees, but the tensile strength is not high. Most foreign filter cloth manufacturers do not use this material. Since the slurry from the absorption column has a ph between 4 and 7, the temperature of gypsum is between 70 and 80 degrees. The filter cloth is made of 100% polyester silk with good high temperature and alkali resistance to weave the filter cloth for flue gas desulfurization. Filter polyester material in cloth: this material is very ideal under acidic conditions, high temperature resistance (PH value of 1-- 9 when the temperature is less than 150 degrees), strong tensile strength and longitudinal stability, good wear resistance.
