1. The diameter of the filter medium particles; The precision of the wire around the filter element is 1-100 micron, we want to choose the appropriate precision according to the filter medium, if the filter is very dirty water with fine precision, will certainly make the life of the filter element greatly reduced, so we must clearly know the diameter of the filter medium particulate matter, in order to choose the reasonable precision of the filter.
2. The acidity or alkalinity of the filter medium; There are three kinds of raw materials for the wire-wound filter element. PP, absorbent cotton, glass fiber, PP is more commonly used in water treatment, mainly filter neutral or weak acid and alkaline liquid, absorbent cotton and glass fiber can filter strong acid and alkali.
3. Temperature of the filter medium; The skeleton of the wire-wound filter element is PP and stainless steel, and the raw materials are also described above. The skeleton of PP and PP raw materials have low temperature resistance, and the stainless steel skeleton absorbent cotton and glass fiber have high temperature resistance
4. Pressure of the filter medium; This is related to the skeleton of the filter element. The PP skeleton has low withstand pressure and the stainless steel skeleton has high withstand pressure. When the pressure is low, the pressure needs to be pressurized and when the pressure is high, the pressure needs to be reduced.
