The technological process of making dust filter bag
High temperature resistant filter bag has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, high strength, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, wear resistance and folding resistance. Through different surface chemical treatment and finishing process, the high-temperature filter bag also has the functions of easy cleaning, waterproof and anti-static, suitable for 200 degree C-300 C series products. All the larger dust particles in the bag wall will not affect the fiber fastness, keep the filter bag in good condition, and the dirt is easy to flake off.
Chemical experimental treatment: extract cloth bag samples, use professional instruments to detect the oil content of the filter bag, select appropriate washing raw materials, and clean the filter bag to the limit of demand, without causing damage to the filter bag.
Drying: It is dried with hot air of 110 degrees to keep the dimensional stability of the filter bag. The filter bag does not deform or shrink after drying. In the pulse and gas tank type pulse duster, dust is attached to the outer surface of the filter bag. When dust and gas pass through the dust catcher, they are captured on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the clean gas is sent into the filter bag through the filter material. A cage inside the bag supports the bag and prevents it from breaking, as well as helping to remove and redistribute the cake.
The selection of dust removal filter bag is very important, which directly affects the dust removal effect of dust remover. Dust removal bag is selected from the following aspects: gas temperature, humidity, chemistry, particle size and dust content. Dust concentration, filter wind speed, dust mode and other factors
