Usage of filter bag
Filter airtight filtration: the filter bag is used together with the matching filter. The liquid is squeezed through the filter bag by using the system fluid pressure to achieve the purpose of filtration. It has the advantages of fast flow rate, large processing capacity and long service life of the filter bag, especially suitable for the occasions of large flow and closed filtration.
Artesian open filtration: the filter bag is directly connected to the pipe through the fitting joint and must be filtered by a fluid gravity differential. It is characterized by no equipment investment, simple and feasible filtration, especially suitable for economical liquid filtration of small size, various kinds and intermittent type.
The bag filter is a dry dust filter device. It is suitable for collecting fine, dry and non-fibrous dust. Filter bag used textile filter cloth or non textile mat is made, using the fabric filter effect of dust filters, gas when dusty gas into the bag filter, large particles, major dust, due to the effect of gravity settling down, fall into the hopper, contains the fine dust of gas through the filter material, the dust were blocked, the purified gas. The dust removal efficiency of general new filter material is not high enough. Filter material to use after a period of time, due to the screen, collision, stranding, diffusion, electrostatic effect, such as a layer of dust accumulation on the surface of filter bag, at the beginning of the dust layer is called layer, after the movement process, early become the main filter to filter material layer, depending on the role of the first layer, large mesh filter material can also get higher filtration efficiency. With the accumulation of dust on the surface of the filter material, the efficiency and resistance of the dust collector increase correspondingly. When the pressure difference between the two sides of the filter material is very large, some fine dust particles attached to the filter material will be squeezed past, so that the efficiency of the dust collector decreases. In addition, the high resistance of the dust collector will significantly reduce the air volume of the dust removal system. Therefore, after the resistance of the dust collector reaches a certain value, it is necessary to clear the ash in time. The ash can not destroy the initial layer, so as not to reduce the efficiency.
The structure of bag filter is mainly composed of upper box body, middle box body, lower box body (ash bucket), ash cleaning system and flight exhaust mechanism.
Besides the correct selection of bag material, the ash cleaning system plays a decisive role in the performance of bag filter. Therefore, the method of dust cleaning is one of the characteristics of the bag filter and an important part of the operation of the bag filter.
