1. The filter element of the cartridge filter is the filter cylinder, whose structure is divided into roof, metal structure, folding filter material and base, etc. The filter cartridge is the filter material of the planned length folded into pleats and the head and tail bonded into the cylinder. The inside and outside of the cylinder are supported by metal structure, and the upper and lower are fixed by the top cover and the base. The top cover is provided with fixing bolts and washers.

The resistance of the cartridge filter increases with the addition of the dust layer thickness on the outside of the filter material. When the resistance reaches a certain specified value, clean the ash. At this moment, the pulse controller controls the opening and closing of the electromagnetic pulse valve. When the pulse valve is open, the compressed air in the air bag jets out a high speed and high pressure ejection airflow through the pulse valve and through the holes in the blowpipe, and then forms an induced defect flow equivalent to 1 ~ 2 times of the volume of the ejection airflow, which enters into the filter barrel together, making the filter barrel present a temporary positive pressure and bulge and wiggle. The dust deposited on the filter falls off and falls into the dust hopper. The dust in the hopper passes through the unloader and is discharged one after another. In this method, the filter cartridge is cleaned successively, and the pulse valve is opened and closed one pulse action at a time. The required time is 0.1 ~ 0.2s. The interval time between the two adjacent opening and closing of the pulse valve is 1 ~ 2min, and the time required for all the filter cylinders to complete a ash clearing cycle is 10 ~ 30min.
